1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "55bwm" refers to the online gaming platform operated at 55bwm.cam, including all casino games, sports betting services, promotional offerings, and account management functions available thereon.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the 55bwm platform or who accesses the platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account held by a Player on the 55bwm platform.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Any player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately closed and all balances forfeited.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The 55bwm platform is operated under a PAGCOR license and is primarily directed at players located within the Philippines. Players outside the Philippines accessing the platform do so at their own legal risk and are solely responsible for determining whether their use of online gaming services is permitted under the laws applicable to their jurisdiction. 55bwm does not represent that its services are appropriate or lawful in any jurisdiction other than the Philippines.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To register an account on 55bwm, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your Philippine government-issued identification, a valid email address, a current Philippine mobile number, your date of birth, and a secure password. You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is true, accurate, and not misleading.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on the 55bwm platform at any time. Creating multiple accounts, whether using the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. If 55bwm identifies duplicate accounts linked to the same player, all associated accounts will be closed, all bonus credits will be voided, and any suspicious winnings may be withheld pending investigation.

2.5 Account Security

Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their 55bwm account credentials, including username and password. 55bwm will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to a player's account caused by the player's failure to maintain adequate security over their login credentials. Players must notify 55bwm support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of their account.

3 Account Management

3.1 KYC Verification

55bwm is required under PAGCOR regulations and the Philippines' Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) to verify the identity of all players prior to enabling withdrawal services. KYC verification requires submission of a clear, legible photograph of a valid Philippine government-issued ID (accepted documents include UMID, PhilHealth card, driver's license, passport, and Postal ID) and a selfie photograph of the player holding the same ID. 55bwm reserves the right to request additional documentation where necessary for compliance purposes.

3.2 Account Currency

All 55bwm accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in PHP. Where a player deposits using a payment method that processes in a currency other than PHP, the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction will apply.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or longer. 55bwm reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to inactive accounts as permitted under applicable regulations. Players will be notified by email prior to any such fee being applied. 55bwm will make reasonable efforts to return any remaining balance to the player's registered payment method before any dormancy-related adjustments are made.

3.4 Account Information Updates

Players are responsible for keeping their registered contact information current and accurate. Players may update their email address, mobile number, or other account details by contacting 55bwm customer support and completing the applicable verification process. Changes to name or date of birth require documentary evidence consistent with KYC requirements.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

55bwm currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI online banking, BDO internet banking, Metrobank online transfer, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and USDT (Tether) cryptocurrency. 4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

Deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification status. The minimum deposit amount for most Philippine payment channels is ₱100. Maximum transaction limits may apply based on PAGCOR regulatory requirements and 55bwm's internal risk management policies. 4.3 Withdrawal Processing

55bwm processes withdrawal requests from fully KYC-verified accounts on a 24/7 basis. The majority of GCash and Maya withdrawal requests from verified accounts are completed within thirty (30) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule. 55bwm is not liable for delays caused by payment processors, banks, or network outages outside its control.

4.4 Source of Funds

Players warrant that all funds deposited into their 55bwm account are lawfully obtained and are not derived from any criminal, fraudulent, or unlawful activity. 55bwm reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds deposited into an account as part of its AML compliance obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory source of funds documentation may result in withdrawal restrictions or account closure.

4.5 Same-Method Withdrawal Policy

55bwm generally processes withdrawals to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to technical feasibility and regulatory requirements. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect players from unauthorized fund transfers.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 55bwm are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each promotion at the time of offer. These promotion-specific terms form part of these general Terms and Conditions and are equally binding. In the event of any conflict between general terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that particular promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms, all bonuses issued by 55bwm are subject to a wagering requirement before any winnings attributable to bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered before a withdrawal request associated with bonus winnings will be approved. 5.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the applicable promotion terms. Bonuses not activated or wagering requirements not completed within the stipulated time period will automatically expire and be removed from the player's account without compensation.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

55bwm reserves the right to void bonus credits and associated winnings, and to close player accounts, where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, placing wagers with the sole intent of satisfying wagering requirements without genuine play, using prohibited betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, or any other conduct that 55bwm determines in its reasonable discretion to constitute manipulation of promotional offers.

5.5 Promotional Eligibility

Promotional offers on 55bwm are available exclusively to registered players who have completed the applicable account verification requirements and who are located in an eligible jurisdiction. Some promotions may be targeted to specific player segments, game categories, or time periods. 55bwm reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer at any time and to determine final eligibility in its absolute discretion.

6 Gameplay and Wagering Rules

6.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the 55bwm platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers. 55bwm accepts no liability for wager outcomes resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

6.2 Return to Player (RTP)

6.3 Technical Malfunctions

These limits are displayed within each game interface and betting market prior to wagering. 55bwm reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time, including for individual player accounts, for responsible gaming or risk management purposes.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 55bwm platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using any automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or other technological means to place wagers or interact with the platform in a manner not consistent with genuine human play.
• Exploiting software errors, display bugs, calculation errors, or other platform malfunctions for personal financial gain.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the 55bwm platform to process funds derived from criminal activity.
• Registering or operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or KYC documentation.
• Engaging in chip dumping, match-fixing, or any other form of game manipulation in poker, sports betting, or any other wagerable market.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the proprietary source code, algorithms, or backend systems of the 55bwm platform.
• Using the platform in any manner that violates applicable Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations.
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access your 55bwm account or use your device to access the platform.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 55bwm platform, including but not limited to the 55bwm brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, promotional materials, software, text, and data, is owned by or licensed to 55bwm and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 55bwm platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. No other right or licence is granted. Players must not reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any 55bwm content without prior written authorization from 55bwm.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 55bwm's total aggregate liability to any player for any claims arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions or the use of the 55bwm platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

55bwm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of profits, or loss of data, even if 55bwm has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

55bwm does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Planned and unplanned maintenance periods may temporarily affect access to games, betting markets, or account functions. 55bwm will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable.

Players acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk. 55bwm provides gambling services as entertainment and accepts no responsibility for financial losses sustained by players through the normal course of wagering on the platform.

10 Responsible Gaming

55bwm is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that enable players to manage their gambling activity in a healthy and controlled manner. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 55bwm players through their account settings:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Increases to deposit limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling period; decreases take effect immediately.
• Loss limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly loss limits to cap their potential losses within a defined period.
• Session time limits: Players may set reminders that trigger after a defined period of continuous play.

11 Termination and Account Closure

11.1 Termination by Player

Players may close their 55bwm account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

11.2 Termination by 55bwm

55bwm reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where 55bwm has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false registration information, or where account closure is required for regulatory compliance purposes. In such cases, 55bwm will provide written notice of account closure where legally permitted to do so.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account closure for any reason, the player's licence to access and use the 55bwm platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms and Conditions that by their nature survive termination, including but not limited to provisions relating to intellectual property, dispute resolution, and limitation of liability, shall continue to apply after account closure.

12 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and all matters relating to the use of the 55bwm platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations and relevant Philippine consumer protection and data privacy legislation.

In the event of any dispute between a player and 55bwm arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions or the use of the platform, the parties will first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith direct negotiation. Players may contact 55bwm customer support to initiate the formal dispute resolution process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within thirty (30) days, players registered in the Philippines may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the applicable regulatory authority. 55bwm will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-initiated investigation or mediation process.

The exclusive jurisdiction for any formal legal proceedings arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Republic of the Philippines.

13 Amendments to Terms and Conditions

55bwm reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect players' rights or obligations — 55bwm will provide at least seven (7) days' advance written notice via registered email address and/or prominent on-site notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Where changes are non-material (such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substantive meaning of any provision), 55bwm may publish updated terms without advance notice. The date of the most recent update to these Terms and Conditions is displayed in the Table of Contents section of this page.

Continued use of the 55bwm platform following the effective date of any update to these Terms and Conditions constitutes the player's acceptance of the updated terms. If a player does not agree to any updated terms, they must stop using the platform and may close their account as described in Section 11.1 above.
